Yeah. You guys. Hair Fair. Too much. Cannot stop changing wigs. All of these are amazing, well, most of the fair is amazing and I will never sort through it all and I will probably be perma-broke for a long time. Let’s just start with a few brands that are always staples in my inventory.
We’re going to move from top to bottom, main just because it’s alphabetical, too. Atomic has some very Lolita playful, don’t you think? I decided to go with blonde for all of these styles because there are many varieties of it and it felt sunny. The ties on two of the styles are changeable by a HUD and so are most the hairs you see here.
Blues is a new hair brand but by the talent from okkbye and just kidding. You know you will get styles that can run the gambit from sweet to sultry in a heartbeat. And if I am not mistaken, I believe there is an unrigged version in each pack for you all to toodledoo with it as well.
Due is not a new brand to the Grid but relatively new to me. These styles may seem similar, but each have subtle differences that are meant to be versatile for whatever mood you set. Not to mention, each comes with a hair accessory (though one is not pictured). I really liked the daisies, which is a cute flower child touch that I feel has been lacking this spring/summer season.
Fashionably Dead is all about the casually cool element that makes me dream of being Alexa Chung. I have always adored the way Toast does her bangs and the first style is no exception. If I wasn’t so round-faced in RL, I would be begging for someone to cut my bangs just like this. As it is, I’d look like that cat with a lime rind on its head – silly. Two options for the long and parted or the cute Betty Page-esque bangs. The last but with the mini-turban headband is on the top of my list for styles that come with accessories built it. The texture is spot on and so is the placement.
Olive has to be one of those brands you go to for shiny, happy hair. I don’t think I have ever put on a style from Olive and not wished for an animation to swish my hair around like a Herbal Essences commercial. The second style shown is very, very long and I only have so much space, but they are one of the brands that does the maxi-hair look and makes it work.
I have more to come at another time, but until then, get shopping!
